Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is seeking educators to provide coaching and training sessions, including partnering with MT Akademia to enhance teaching skills under the Academic Team. You will conduct student/parent consultations with Student Advisors to identify pathways and ensure ongoing engagement for student renewal.

You will run Klinik PR Homework Clinics to address academic issues and deliver clear solutions, participate in CBC sessions, and collaborate with the regional team to share best

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing students for USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• At least 1 year of teaching experience; fresh graduates welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions under Academic Team guidance
• Conduct consulting for students/parents with Student Advisors to map academic pathways
• Lead Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address student issues
• Participate in Class by Class (CBC) sessions and share best practices with regional team
• Teach in classroom settings with high-quality instruction and engaging lessons
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders for smooth class operations
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation

Job Requirements

• Have experience in teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Previous teaching experience with a proven track record of success at least 1 year experience teaching at school or courses. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
