Job summary

Ruangguru for Business in Situbondo invites qualified educators to join our Academic Team. You will provide coaching and training sessions, act as a buddy for MT Akademia, and support teachers with guidance to enhance teaching skills and effectiveness.

You will conduct student or parent consultations with Student Advisors, run Homework Clinics, participate in CBC sessions, and teach in classrooms with engaging, high-quality instruction.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.
• Education degree or related field required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions for MT Akademia under the Academic Team.

• Have experience in teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.


• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.


• Previous teaching experience with a proven track record of success at least 1 year experience teaching at school or courses. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.


• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
