Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is seeking educators in Bali to provide coaching, classroom teaching, and academic guidance under the Academic Team. You will run clinics, consult with students and parents, and participate in CBC sessions to share best practices regionally.

Applicants should have a bachelor's in education and at least one year of teaching experience; fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions and buddying for MT Akademia under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors to map academic pathways.
• Run Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address student issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and share best practices with regional colleagues.
• Teach students directly in classrooms delivering high-quality instruction.
• Fulfill a minimum number of CBC and classroom teaching sessions as required.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.

• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Have experience in teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Previous teaching experience with a proven track record of success at least 1 year experience teaching at school or courses. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
