Ruangguru for Business is seeking a dedicated educator to join our MT Akademia team. You will provide coaching and training under the Academic Team, and collaborate with Student Advisors to map pathways for students and engage with parents for renewal.

You will run Homework Clinics, participate in CBC sessions, and demonstrate strong classroom teaching to model excellent practice for MT Akademia. The role includes maintaining relationships with BAC staff and developing supporting teaching

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field is required.
• Experience teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri prep is preferred.
• Strong classroom management and instructional planning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Have experience in teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Previous teaching experience with a proven track record of success at least 1 year experience teaching at school or courses. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Have innovative & creative teaching methods, techniques, and blended learning approaches.
