Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is hiring to provide coaching and training, act as a buddy for MT Akademia, and guide students with academic teams. You will conduct consulting with Student Advisors to plan pathways and keep strong student-parents engagement.

Additionally, you will run Klinik PR sessions, participate in CBC, and teach in classrooms while maintaining relationships with BAC and other stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Experience with USBN/UTBK or similar prep programs preferred.
• Fresh graduates may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consulting for students/parents with Student Advisors for pathway guidance.
• Run Homework Clinics to address academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with the regional team.
• Teach students in classroom settings with high-quality instruction.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.

Job Requirements

• Have experience in teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Previous teaching experience with a proven track record of success at least 1 year experience teaching at school or courses. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
