Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is seeking dedicated educators in Indonesia to provide coaching and training, acting as buddies for MT Akademia under the Academic Team to enhance teaching skills and effectiveness. You will conduct consultations for students or parents and run Homework Clinics to address academic issues.

Qualifications

• Have experience in teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and prior teaching experience is preferred.

Job Requirements

• Have experience in teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Previous teaching experience with a proven track record of success at least 1 year experience teaching at school or courses. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques.
