Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is seeking educators to coach and teach in classrooms, supporting MT Akademia and coordinating with Academic Team to boost teaching skills and student outcomes.

You will conduct consultations with students and parents, run Klinik PR sessions, participate in CBC programs, and develop materials aligned with the curriculum while building strong relationships with BAC staff to ensure smooth class operations.

Qualifications

• Has experience with USBN/UTBK/ujian mandiri prep.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• 1+ year teaching experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong understanding of educational principles and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proficient in Office software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.

Job Requirements

• Have experience in teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Previous teaching experience with a proven track record of success at least 1 year experience teaching at school or courses. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
