Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is seeking educators to provide coaching and training, acting as a buddy for MT Akademia to boost teaching skills under the guidance of the Academic Team. You will conduct consultations with students or parents with Student Advisors, run Homework Clinics, participate in CBC sessions, and teach in classrooms to model high-quality instruction and engage learners.

• Experience in teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• 1 year teaching experience in school or courses; fresh graduates welcome.

Job Requirements

• Have experience in teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.


• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.


• Previous teaching experience with a proven track record of success at least 1 year experience teaching at school or courses. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.


• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
