Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking an educator to provide coaching and training for MT Akademia, and to consult with students or parents to identify academic pathways.

Responsibilities include conducting Homework Clinics, participating in CBC sessions, and delivering high-quality classroom instruction while maintaining strong relationships with the Academic Team and BAC staff. This role supports curriculum development and innovative teaching methods.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam prep.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Ability to implement blended learning methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified that includes: CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective class operations.
