Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking an enthusiastic educator to join its MT Akademia program in Indonesia. You will provide coaching and training sessions, act as a buddy to enhance teaching skills under the Academic Team, and deliver high-quality classroom instruction.

You will also conduct student or parent consultations, participate in CBC sessions with regional teams, and develop teaching materials to support curriculum implementation and improve student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance teaching skills under guidance of Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors to provide pathways for academic goals and maintain engagement to ensure renewals.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students with issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with regional team to share best practices.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings with high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation.
