Ruangguru Academy seeks educators to coach MT Akademia, conduct student/parent consultations, and deliver high-quality classroom instruction. You will develop materials, run clinics, and participate in CBC sessions to share best practices with regional teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Academic Team and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth operations and student success.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam prep.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of educational principles and curriculum development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.

Responsabilités

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance teaching skills under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors to help pathways and maintain engagement for renewals.
• Run Homework Clinics to assist students with addressing academic challenges and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with regional teams for educational initiatives.
• Teach students in classroom settings with high-quality instruction and model best practices for MT Akademia.
• Meet minimum session targets, including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified that includes: CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective class operations.

Minimum Qualifications
