Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking dedicated educators to join MT Akademia. You will provide coaching and training sessions, becoming a buddy to boost teaching skills under the guidance of the Academic Team.

You will teach in classrooms, deliver high-quality instruction, and serve as a positive role model for MT Akademia. Collaborating with Student Advisors, you will conduct consultations for students or parents to map pathways and boost engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance teaching skills under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors to map pathways and maintain engagement.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings with high-quality instruction and engagement.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation.
