Ruangguru is seeking educators to coach MT Akademia, conduct student and parent consultations, and lead Homework Clinics to support student achievement. The role includes CBC participation, classroom teaching, and collaboration with regional teams to share best practices and improve outcomes.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field, with strong communication, teamwork, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Blended learning approaches are encouraged.

• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.

Responsabilidades

• Fulfill minimum session requirements including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth classes.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.
