Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking an energetic educator to provide coaching for MT Akademia, collaborate with the Academic Team, and guide students toward strong academic outcomes. You will work with Student Advisors to craft pathways, lead Homework Clinics, and participate in Class-by-Class sessions to share best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors to facilitate pathways and maintain engagement.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings with high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation and enhance student learning.
