Responsibilities

Execute Home sales activities to meet subscriber and revenue targets, including direct customer engagements and lead follow-ups in the assigned area.
Handle and drive sales performance of FTTH products within the assigned territory, ensuring effective customer acquisition and market penetration.
Drive sales channel productivity by coordinating with partners on joint activations, coverage expansion, and promotional execution.
Implement go-to-market plans through on-ground local activations, coverage mapping, and sales event execution.
Support the Area Sales Manager in coaching area sales teams by participating in field rides, demonstrations, and performance feedback sessions.
Track real-time performance metrics, monitor market dynamics, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve execution gaps and ensure targets are met.
