Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed; PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Experience managing telecom infrastructure or utility programs.
• Ability to travel and perform field work as required.

Responsibilities

• Translate agreements into integrated baseline scope, schedule, budget and resource plan.
• Lead cross-functional planning and weekly performance reviews.
• Manage regional ramp-up and contracted OSP capacity against demand.
• Control milestones, critical path, risks, changes and recovery plans.
• Coordinate readiness of OSS/BSS, GIS, NOC, vendors, warehouses and field processes.
• Establish an executable and controlled operating plan.
• Resolve dependencies and maintain delivery pace.
• Protect contractual commitments and business outcomes.
• Enable stable operational launch and scale.
• Support timely governance and ensure safety and compliance.
