Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a FTTH Performance Management Supervisor to analyze failure data, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions. The role requires 5+ years in FTTH networks, strong RCA skills, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (telecommunications, electrical engineering, information technology or related).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FTTH Access Network, network performance, or related telecom fields.
• Strong knowledge of FTTH components (OSP, OLT, ODN, IKR).
• Understanding of FTTH installation, activation, troubleshooting and maintenance processes.
• Proficient in data analysis and KPI monitoring using Excel, Power BI or equivalent tools.
• Strong RCA, problem-solving and performance improvement skills.
• Good communication and coordination across departments and vendors.
• Excellent English communication is a must.

Analyze FTTH Access Network failure data, identify root causes, and propose corrective and preventive actions.

Analyze IKR installation and activation errors, identify recurring issues, and recommend improvement measures.

Monitor FTTH operational performance and KPIs to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.

Analyze FTTH network data and propose preventive maintenance strategies to improve network reliability and performance.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of recurring network failures and activation issues, and develop effective countermeasures.

Coordinate with relevant departments, MITRAs, and vendors to implement performance improvement initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness.

Improve failure reporting processes to ensure accurate and reliable data for analysis.

Propose system and application improvements to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.

Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to management.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a relevant field, preferably Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in FTTH Access Network, Network Performance, or related telecommunications fields.

Strong technical knowledge of FTTH Access Networks, including OSP, OLT, ODN, and IKR.

Understanding of FTTH installation, activation, troubleshooting, and maintenance processes.

Proficient in data analysis and KPI monitoring using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other relevant tools.

Strong knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), problem-solving, and operational performance improvement.

Strong analytical and logical thinking with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.

Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and external vendors.

Good English communication is a must
