Job summary

PT Fiberhome Technologies Indonesia is seeking a Permit Staff to support FTTH and OSP project sites across Indonesia, including Lampung, Central Java, East Java and Manado. You will guide SITAC teams, manage permit progress and help meet delivery targets.

Required: at least 2 years in FTTH/OSP SITAC/permit, 2–3 years in telecom, strong English communication, and willingness to work nationwide. PU permit experience is a plus. This role offers field-based coordination across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in FTTH/OSP sitac/permit roles.
• 2–3 years telecom experience including FTTH/OSP or fiber optic.
• Read and write English; English communication preferred.
• Willing to travel across Indonesia.
• Experience with PU permit.

Responsibilities

• Guide SITAC team to secure PKS HP per month to support the delivery plan.
• Support PU permit work across regions and resolve PU permit issues.
• Manage sitac/permit progress within project and company timelines.
• Lead sitac/permit team to maintain discipline, motivation and targets.
• Resolve sitac/permit issues and instruct team on proper handling methods.

Job description

Permit Staff role supporting FTTH and OSP project sites across multiple regions in Indonesia (Lampung, Central Java, East Java, and Manado). The position involves guiding SITAC teams, managing permit progress, and ensuring project delivery targets are met.

Key responsibilities

Guide the SITAC team to work and obtain sufficient PKS HP per month to support the delivery plan, and provide KPI feedback to each SITAC

Support PU permit work across regions and close PU permit issues

Manage sitac/permit progress within project and company timelines

Manage sitac/permit team to maintain discipline, motivation and working spirit to complete targets

Solve sitac/permit issues in projects and provide instruction to sitac/permit team on proper handling methods

About you

At least 2 years working experience related to FTTH or OSP project sitac/permit

At least 2-3 years telecommunication area working experience, including FTTH, OSP or fiber optic

Able to read and write English; communication in English is preferred

Strong communication skills, good sense of teamwork and strong organization and coordination skills

Willing to work anywhere in Indonesia

Experience with PU permit
