The role requires strong Russian and English communication, CRM experience, and a willingness to build a career in Bali's real estate market. On-site work in Bali is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Russian and English (C1+) - required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Fast learner with strong communication and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound leads via calls and chats (CRM, messengers, and email) in close collaboration with our AI assistant.
• Responding to new inquiries within 10 minutes to maximize conversion.
• Making frequent follow-up calls and maintaining active client communication.
• Monitoring AI conversations and taking over when human input is required.
• Working with the existing client database to reactivate warm leads.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of Bali real estate developments, including key selling points, payment plans, and investment potential.
• Encouraging clients to book Zoom or in-office consultations with senior sales advisors.
• Maintaining accurate lead records in the CRM.
