Job summary

ibis Surabaya City Center is seeking a hands-on Front Office Manager to lead a guest-focused team, set and monitor service standards, and optimize daily operations.

You will manage costs, ensure SOP training, uphold health and safety, and participate in crisis responses, while building lasting relationships with guests and suppliers. Fluent English is required, with opportunities for growth within the Accor ibis brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office operations with knowledge of hotel procedures and PMS.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a Front Office team, setting and monitoring goals.
• Manage departmental costs and ensure alignment with budget guidelines.
• Ensure SOPs are trained and adhered to; identify improvement opportunities.
• Be familiar with health and safety procedures and policies.
• Participate in hotel crisis and fire teams and related procedures.
• Achieve high levels of customer service for guests and suppliers.
