Job summary

PT Insan Solusi Nusantara is seeking a Front Office staff to warmly welcome guests and manage check-in/out with professionalism. You will handle inquiries, perform admin tasks, and operate the PMS/VHP system to support Front Office operations.

Qualifications include a Diploma (D3), ability to use VHP, and at least 1 year of hotel operations experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) education.
• Must understand and be able to operate the VHP (Visual Hotel Program) hotel system.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel operations is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and social media.
• Hospitality attitude, discipline, high initiative, honesty, and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Receive and welcome hotel guests with friendliness and professionalism.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes for guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information to meet their needs.
• Perform administrative tasks and manage operational hotel data.
• Operate the hotel management system (PMS/VHP) to support Front Office activities.
