Job summary

FINNS Beach Club is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead and optimize our bar operations across multiple outlets in Bali. You will manage and develop bar teams, control beverage costs, and continually refresh the cocktail program to balance quality and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of Bar Manager experience in high-volume venues, fluency in English and Indonesian, and strong leadership and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience as Bar Manager in a high-volume hospitality venue.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail trends, and premium spirits.
• Proven expertise in costing, stock control, and beverage cost management.
• Experience leading and motivating a multicultural team.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Skills to write up lesson and training program for the team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bar operations across multiple outlets.
• Lead, train, and develop bartenders and barbacks to meet service standards.
• Control beverage costs via stock management, portion control, and supplier coordination.
• Maintain and improve cocktail menu balancing guest appeal, quality, and cost.
• Create and implement SOPs for ordering, receiving, storage, and inventory.
• Monitor bar hygiene, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with F&B leadership to hit financial targets and guest satisfaction.
• Plan and execute bar activations, events, and promotions.
• Report on sales, margins, wastage, and staff performance.
