Fresh Graduate Program 2027 - Finance & Accounting

Mubadala Energy Fresh Graduate Program is an internship program with excellent ways to gain exposure and working experience in an international Oil and Gas Company, as well as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies. The program will start in the beginning of 2027 up to 31 December 2027.

Responsibilities include but not limited:

• Assist in reconciling tax reports with accounting records, identifying and documenting discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain tax documents, invoices, correspondence, and supporting records.
• Support the classification and coding of business transactions according to applicable tax regulations.
• Assist in preparing tax audit documents and supporting workpapers for financial years 2023, 2024, and 2025.
• Support the preparation of responses to tax authority inquiries and coordinate supporting documentation with the Finance team.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve tax reconciliation, coding, filing, and audit-readiness processes.
• Prepare a final internship report, document lessons learned, and support the handover of ongoing tasks

Qualifications:

• This Program is Open to Fresh Graduates & Early Career Professionals (Maximum 1 Year Experience, Internship included)
• Fresh graduate with bachelor's degree in accounting, Taxation, Fiscal Administration, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.20 out of 4.00
• This Program is Open to Fresh Graduates & Early Career Professionals ( 1 Year Experience)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Indonesian taxation.
• Knowledge of Value Added Tax (VAT), withholding tax, and corporate income tax is preferred.
• Brevet A and B tax certification is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to enter, review, and manage data accurately and efficiently.
• Detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and able to work effectively within a team.
• Proactive, self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Previous internship experience or relevant coursework in taxation is an advantage.
