You will report to the Manager and own end-to-end category initiatives, balancing revenue growth with operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in category management or related roles.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with KPI proficiency.

• Demonstrated expertise in market analysis and competitive positioning.

We're looking for a strategic and decisive Category Lead to join our organization in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you will drive the performance and growth of your assigned category while leading a talented team to deliver. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies that align with organizational objectives and market opportunities
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering professional growth and accountability

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 4+ years of experience in category management, product management, or related roles
