Job summary

PT Glovis Indonesia International in Jakarta Selatan is seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding Operations Manager to oversee daily import shipments by sea and air. You will coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, overseas agents, and customers to ensure timely delivery and cost control.

The role requires strong leadership, English communication, and a track record in import operations, with a focus on accuracy, problem-solving, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
• Experience in import operations and customs clearance procedures.
• Good knowledge of shipping documentation and international trade procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
