Job summary

PT Sahe Global Indo, a Jakarta-based freight forwarding specialist, seeks an experienced Sales Freight Forwarding professional to grow our customer base and revenue. You will identify new customers and nurture relationships with existing clients, driving sales growth and service excellence.

You will present物流 solutions across Export, Import, Domestic, Sea/ Air Freight, Customs Clearance, Trucking and Project Cargo, while coordinating with Operations to meet client needs and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Sales.
• Good understanding of freight forwarding, shipping, trucking, customs clearance, and logistics.
• An existing customer network or database is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong sales orientation and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct sales visits, follow-ups, presentations, and negotiations with customers.
• Promote and offer logistics solutions, including Export, Import, Domestic, Sea Freight, Air Freight, Customs Clearance, Trucking, and Project Cargo.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the Operations team to meet customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new markets.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure customer requirements are properly handled.
• Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.
