Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive new business in freight forwarding across sea and air lanes, customs clearance, and logistics services. You will identify prospects, present solutions, and negotiate service agreements with customers.

You will maintain strong relationships with existing clients, coordinate with operations to ensure smooth shipments, and regularly update records and reports to track sales performance and market developments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Understanding of international freight forwarding processes (air/sea).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Result-oriented and able to work independently.
• Good networking and customer relationship management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for freight forwarding services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Promote sea freight, air freight, customs clearance, trucking, and logistics solutions.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate service agreements with customers.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and update customer records regularly.
