Job summary

ABeam Consulting Indonesia is seeking an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and rollout projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare.

You will define scope, schedules, budgets, and governance, coordinate HR, IT, consultants, technical teams, implementation partners, and vendors across all workstreams, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/HR or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in SAP/HR technology projects with 3+ years in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven end-to-end SuccessFactors project delivery from discovery to hypercare.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central and integrations with talent modules.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation, enhancement, and rollout projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and governance standards.
• Coordinate HR, IT, functional consultants, technical teams, implementation partners, and third-party vendors across all workstreams.
• Facilitate requirements and solution-design workshops, ensuring alignment between business needs and SuccessFactors capabilities.
• Oversee configuration, integrations, data migration, security roles, testing, training, cutover, and production deployment.
• Maintain project plans and RAID logs; manage risks, issues, actions, dependencies, decisions, and change requests.
• Monitor project progress, budget, resource utilization, quality, and vendor performance against agreed milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Provide clear status reports, recommendations, and escalations to sponsors, steering committees, and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, information security, documentation, quality assurance, and organizational standards.
• Drive user readiness, change management, knowledge transfer, operational handover, and post-implementation review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP/HR technology projects, including at least 3 years managing SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end SuccessFactors projects, from discovery and planning through configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and integration with relevant talent modules and third-party systems.
• Solid project management skills covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control.
• Experience coordinating functional consultants, technical teams, vendors, and senior business stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with data migration, system integration, security/role design, testing, cutover, and change-management activities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficient in English; SAP SuccessFactors and/or project management certification is preferred.
