Job summary

SATURDAYS is seeking Freelance Customer Experience Evaluators for a project-based assignment across selected stores in Indonesia. Visit stores to experience the customer journey, follow briefing scenarios, and evaluate service, product knowledge, and staff interactions.

Provide unbiased feedback with confidential handling and on-time submission. Selected evaluators will receive detailed instructions and scenarios.

Qualifications

• Based in or around the assigned area
• Detail-oriented and highly observant
• Comfortable visiting retail stores independently
• Good communication and writing skills
• Able to follow a specific scenario naturally and consistently
• Objective and able to provide unbiased feedback
• Responsible with deadlines and documentation
• Previous Mystery Shopping, Retail Audit, Customer Experience, or similar experience is a plus

SATURDAYS is an Indonesian lifestyle brand combining eyewear, eye care, fashion, and coffee into a distinctive retail experience.We are looking for Freelance Customer Experience Evaluators to support our Retail Customer Experience Evaluation Project across selected SATURDAYS stores in Indonesia.

What You’ll Do

Visit assigned SATURDAYS stores and experience the customer journey naturally

Follow a predefined customer scenario provided during briefing

Observe and evaluate customer service, staff interaction, product knowledge, selling approach, and overall store experience

Assess how well store teams understand and respond to customer needs

Record relevant observations and specific staff statements where required

Complete a structured evaluation form after each visit

Submit supporting evidence according to project guidelines

Maintain confidentiality throughout the assignment.
