MR.DIY Indonesia is seeking a Customer Experience Auditor to visit stores, check service standards, and report Mystery Shopping findings to raise customer satisfaction.

You will inspect store infrastructure, handle in-store complaints, train teams, conduct customer surveys, and support sales. Requires bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in customer service or retail, strong communication and problem solving, and willingness to relocate anywhere in Indonesia and work six days a week.

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 2+ years of customer service or retail operation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Conducting visits and checking service standard at stores.
• Conducting and reporting Mystery Shopping and observation activities.
• Inspecting store infrastructure to ensure a comfortable shopping environment for customers.
• Handling complaints in the store.
• Developing a customer centric culture across organization.
• Training and delivering customer service excellence training.
• Conducting and reporting Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
• Contributing in sales for product.
