Anda akan berkolaborasi erat dengan Creative Leads, Graphic Designers, Video Editors, serta tim Performance Marketing, sambil mengelola proyek copywriting melalui Jira dari briefing hingga penugasan desain. Peran ini bersifat freelance dengan pola kerja hybrid di Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Portofolio terbukti yang menampilkan naskah video pendek, copy iklan, dan konten media sosial.
• Kemampuan menulis copy yang jelas, lucu, dan persuasif dengan hook dan CTA kuat.
• Gelar Sarjana di bidang Marketing, Bisnis, atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman bekerja dengan tim kreatif atau performa di lingkungan produksi yang cepat.
• Keterampilan menggunakan alat penulisan AI (mis. ChatGPT) untuk mempercepat ide, variasi, dan dukungan produksi.

Responsibilities

• Menulis copy untuk konten media sosial organik, termasuk caption, reels, stories, dan carousel.
• Membangkan hooks, opening lines, CTAs, supers, dan end frames untuk format video pendek.
• Bekerja sama dengan Creative Leads, Graphic Designers, Video Editors, dan tim Performance Marketing untuk mengubah brief menjadi cerita yang efektif.
• Mengelola proyek copywriting melalui Jira, mulai dari pembuatan copy hingga penugasan ke Tim Desain.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Develop compelling, concise, and performance-driven copy for social media and digital ad videos across platforms such as
• Meta (Instagram,
• Facebook), TikTok, YouTube, and other paid media channels.
• Write strong hooks, opening lines, CTAs, supers, captions, and end frames optimized for short-form video formats.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Leads, Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Performance Marketing teams to translate
• briefs into effective storytelling.
• Craft copy for organic social media content, including captions, reels, stories, and carousel posts.
• Ensure all copy aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform best practices.
• Manage copywriting projects through Jira, from crafting copy to assigning tasks and coordinating with the Design team.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Proven portfolio showcasing short-form video scripts, ad copy, and social media content.
• Ability to write clear, witty, and persuasive copy with strong hooks and CTAs.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working with creative or performance teams in fast-paced production environments.
• Experience using AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) to accelerate copy ideation, generate variations, and support
• production scale.
• Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and handle feedback constructively.
