Job summary

PT Global Digital Niaga, operating Blibli, seeks a Product Senior Manager for Fraud Detection & Risk to own the product roadmap and drive risk-aware product delivery. You will collaborate across product, data, engineering, risk operations, payments, and legal/compliance to translate policies into scalable product solutions and optimize decisioning.

The role requires analytical leadership, structured thinking, and the ability to balance risk, user experience, and scalability at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, CS, Engineering, Business, Data, or related field.
• 6+ years of product management or senior leadership experience in fraud, risk, trust & safety, payments, or platform products.
• Strong understanding of fraud detection, risk management, or decisioning systems.
• Ability to translate policies and risk rules into scalable product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the Fraud Detection & Risk product roadmap, aligning with business and risk objectives.
• Identify fraud patterns using data, trends, and operational insights.
• Translate fraud policies and risk strategies into product requirements, system logic, and decision flows.
• Design and optimize end-to-end fraud decisioning processes (allow, challenge, review, block).
• Define, track, and analyze fraud-related KPIs such as risk savings and false positives.
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Lead feature delivery from discovery to launch with experiments and phased rollouts.
• Partner with Engineering, Risk Operations, Payments, Legal/Compliance, and Business stakeholders.
