Job summary

StraitsX Group in Indonesia is seeking a Product Manager to build and improve internal tools across Operations, Fraud, Compliance and Risk. You will translate business needs into clear product requirements and work with cross-functional teams through the product life cycle.

You will collaborate with Engineering, emphasize data-driven decisions, and identify opportunities to reduce manual work while scaling tools for multiple StraitsX products and markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify operational processes.
• Excellent communication across business and technical teams.
• Ability to translate user and business needs into clear product requirements.
• Detail-oriented with comfort in workflows and operational rules.
• Experience using data and user feedback to inform decisions.
• Interest in fintech, payments, fraud, compliance, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Understand workflows, pain points, and product needs with internal teams.
• Translate business and operational requirements into product requirements and user stories.
• Build and improve internal dashboards, workflows, case management, and controls.
• Support Fraud and Compliance capabilities such as transaction monitoring, screening, and investigation tools.
• Support internal tooling across StraitsX products and markets.
• Collaborate with Engineering from problem definition through launch and ongoing improvement.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
• Use data and user feedback to prioritize and improve internal tools.
