PT Fliptech Lentera Inspirasi Pertiwi is seeking a Head of Fraud Analytics & Corporate Risk to define and drive the fraud analytics strategy across all products and payment channels. You will lead the analytics team focused on transaction monitoring, rule optimization, and fraud investigations, delivering dashboards, KPIs, and governance at executive level.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Data Science, and Business units to embed fraud prevention into product design

Qualificações

• 10+ years in Fraud Analytics or Financial Crime.
• Leading analytics teams at an organizational level.
• Deep understanding of fraud typologies and detection.
• Experience with large-scale transactional datasets.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to fraud prevention.

Responsabilidades

• Own and define fraud analytics strategy across products and channels.
• Lead the fraud analytics team and monitoring activities.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to measure fraud exposure and risk.
• Optimize detection rules, ML signals, and decision strategies.
• Analyze large datasets to identify fraud trends and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Data Science, and Business teams.
• Provide strategic recommendations for new initiatives from a fraud risk view.
• Support regulatory reviews, audits, and governance.
• Establish fraud governance processes and executive reporting.
