Job summary

The St. Regis Jakarta is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead strategic training initiatives that align with the property's mission and vision.

You will collaborate with the leadership team to identify staff development needs and design programs covering product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service, and leadership skills. You will administer training programs, evaluate their effectiveness, and manage budgets to ensure a measurable return on investment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certified trainer; experience in HR or a related professional area preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Administering Employee Training Programs: promotes programs, demonstrates guest service excellence, and ensures staff understand guest expectations.
• Evaluating Training Programs Effectiveness: monitors enrollment, measures transfer of learning, and identifies areas for improvement.
• Developing Training Program Plans and Budgets: aligns training with organizational mission, manages budgets, and coordinates development to improve performance.
• Managing Training Budgets: participates in budget development and controls departmental expenses.
