Job summary

PT UNZA VITALIS (A business unit of Wipro Consumer Care) invites a Fragrance Evaluator to join our team in Jakarta. You will perform sensory evaluations of fragrance samples across product forms and analyze fragrance compositions to ensure quality and brand alignment.

You will collaborate with product development and fragrance houses to create or modify scents that meet product goals, brand identity, and consumer preferences, while maintaining detailed evaluation records.

Qualifications

• University degree in Science or Chemistry or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of experience in sensory industry/fragrance house/FMCG with personal care products.
• Strong olfactory, analytical, and creative abilities.
• Good verbal and written command of English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sensory evaluations of fragrance samples in various product forms.
• Analyze fragrance compositions to ensure quality and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with product development and fragrance houses to create or modify fragrances.
• Work with cross-functional teams to refine fragrance profiles.
• Evaluate fragrance stability across formulations and conditions.
• Translate consumer insights into actionable fragrance development recommendations.
• Maintain records of evaluations and provide training on testing methods.
