Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a senior Head of FP&A in Indonesia to govern financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and data consolidation across Indonesian operations. You will standardize planning frameworks across manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial channels and provide senior leadership with actionable financial insights for cost optimization and capital investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting.
• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, manufacturing, or high-volume consumer businesses.
• Senior-level, hands-on FP&A with budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting.
• Strong experience in developing complex financial models and planning frameworks.
• Experience consolidating data across multiple business units and locations.
• Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency; SAP or Oracle preferred.
• Strong analytical, business acumen, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating plan (AOP), budgeting, and rolling forecasts across units.
• Develop and maintain financial models for planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Standardize data structures, logic, and consolidation methods across units.
• Consolidate data from manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and commercial channels into management reports.
• Prepare monthly MD&A, dashboards, and executive reports for leadership.
• Conduct budget-versus-actual analysis and identify variances.
• Monitor OpEx, CapEx, costs across manufacturing and logistics.
• Provide cost-control recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with regional and global units and HQ.
• Lead FP&A team including Supervisor and two Staff.
• Establish data verification and governance within FP&A.
• Partner with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Transformation, Ops, and Supply Chain.
