Job summary

Matchatalent is seeking a senior Head of Financial Planning & Analysis for a leading FMCG company specializing in frozen and perishable foods. Based in Indonesia, you will govern budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and management reporting across manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial channels.

You will build standardized planning frameworks, drive cost optimization, evaluate capital investments, and lead a small FP&A team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or related field.
• 8–10 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Experience in FMCG/food & beverage manufacturing.
• Strong financial modeling and reporting capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle).
• Fluent business English; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating plan, budgeting, and rolling forecasts across units.
• Develop financial models for planning, scenario analysis, and decision support.
• Consolidate data across manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial channels.
• Prepare MD&A, dashboards, and executive management reports.
• Conduct budget vs actual analysis and identify variances.
• Mentor FP&A team including supervisors and staff.
• Ensure consistency of reporting standards and governance.
