Job summary

PT Saberindo Pacific in Jakarta seeks a results-driven sales professional to grow our engineering offerings in Forestry and related industries. You will identify opportunities, present technical solutions, and win key projects across Indonesia.

Responsibilities include building long-term relationships, preparing proposals, coordinating with engineering and procurement teams, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Forestry Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience in forestry, pulp & paper, biomass, industrial, EPC, or engineering solutions.
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment and mechanical systems for forestry industries.
• Experience handling tenders, proposals, and client-focused sales activities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within Forestry, Wood Processing, Pulp & Paper, Biomass, and related industries.
• Promote and sell engineering products, systems, and solutions to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct client visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams to meet requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers.
• Monitor market trends and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.
• Achieve assigned sales targets with high customer satisfaction.
