PT Trilliun Prima Sukses in Surabaya is seeking an experienced Foreman Maintenance to oversee and coordinate maintenance for electrical and electronic equipment. The role requires 5-7 years in maintenance management, strong leadership, and HSE knowledge. A certification in electrical maintenance is preferred; English skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years in maintenance management or a similar supervisory role in electrical/electronic engineering environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, electronic equipment, and maintenance best practices.
• Proven planning and execution of preventative maintenance programmes.
• Demonstrated leadership to manage and motivate a technical team.
• Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Solid understanding of HSE regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and record-keeping systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments.
• Certification in electrical maintenance or related discipline preferred.
• Fluency in Indonesian; English advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare maintenance reports and recommendations for upgrades or replacements

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Foreman Maintenance to join our engineering team at PT Trilliun Prima Sukses. This is a full-time position based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. As Foreman Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all maintenance operations within our electrical and electronic engineering facilities. This role is critical to ensuring optimal equipment performance, operational efficiency, and workplace safety standards. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians and work closely with senior management to implement preventative maintenance programmes and resolve technical issues swiftly.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for electrical and electronic equipment and systems
• Plan and schedule maintenance work, ensuring minimal disruption to production operations
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic faults, implementing corrective actions promptly
• Lead, train and mentor maintenance technicians, providing guidance on best practices and safety procedures
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and documentation, including equipment history and spare parts inventory
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations at all times
• Prepare maintenance reports and recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements
• Liaise with external contractors and vendors when specialist maintenance or repairs are required
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance calls to restore operations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in maintenance management or a similar supervisory role within electrical or electronic engineering environments
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, electronic equipment and maintenance best practices
• Proven experience in planning and executing preventative maintenance programmes
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team effectively
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting expertise
• Sound understanding of health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and standards
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and record-keeping systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Certification in electrical maintenance, industrial maintenance or a related discipline is preferred
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is advantageous
