Job summary

PT. Global Buana Mandiri is a growing import and production company for food and beverage products. We seek a Food Technologist to design, formulate, and test products from lab to commercialization, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate across Production, Purchasing, and Marketing to optimize processes, analyze costs, source suppliers, and lead product trials and launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field.
• 2–3 years in R&D/Product Development in food/bev.
• Knowledge of HACCP/GMP/FSSC 22000 and BPOM & Halal regulations.
• Basic financial analysis for production cost structure and ROI.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Design, formulate, and test new food/beverage products from laboratory scale to commercialization.
• Analyze current production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Calculate COGS and ROI; source raw material suppliers.
• Lead trials, shelf-life tests, and large-scale production during product launches.
