Job summary

PT Tani Mandiri Sukses invites a Food Product Developer to drive new food products from ideation through formulation, testing, and scale-up for commercial production.

You will conduct market research, develop formulations, run trials, evaluate quality attributes, and prepare specifications while collaborating with sourcing and cross-functional teams in a fast-growing startup setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in Food R&D or Product Development.
• Understanding of food processing, sensory analysis, and scale-up processes.
• Curious, open-minded, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Food Product Developer to join our team and lead the development of new food products from ideation, formulation, and testing to commercial production.

What You'll Do

Conduct market and food trend research to identify new product opportunities.

Develop product formulations and conduct product trials.

Evaluate product quality including taste, texture, aroma, and stability.

Prepare product specifications, SOPs, and technical documentation.

Support sourcing and evaluation of raw materials and suppliers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development process.

Ensure products comply with food safety standards and regulations.

Holds a degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.

Has at least 1 year of experience in Food R&D or Product Development.
