PT Japfa Food Indonesia (Wonoayu) is seeking a capable Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring output targets, quality, and on-time delivery. You will lead and train staff, monitor machinery, and enforce GMP, HACCP, and HSE guidelines on the shop floor.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in food/beverage or feed mill environments, with hands-on experience in ERP systems and SAP.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Animal Husbandry, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in food, beverage, or feed mill industries.
• Strong knowledge of feed/food manufacturing processes, machinery operations, GMP, HACCP, and safety regulations (K3).
• Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and team-management skills.
• Familiarity with production management systems/ERP (e.g., SAP).
• Willingness to work in shifts at operational sites.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure output targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Monitor machinery and coordinating with maintenance to minimize downtime and resolve issues.
• Enforce SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and quality control guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations on the production floor.
• Prepare and analyze production reports, inventory usage, and waste metrics.
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and QA departments for seamless workflow.
