Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a Production Leader to oversee FMCG manufacturing operations in Boyolali. This role requires guiding a team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a background in Food Technology or Industrial Engineering, with 3–5 years in production leadership, and a strong grasp of HACCP, GMP, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate production teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards and procedures, including HACCP and GMP.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of resources (manpower, machinery, and materials).
• Conduct regular performance reviews for team members, provide feedback, and facilitate training and development opportunities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on KPIs.
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing all company safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall operational flow.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance productivity and product quality.
