Job summary

Japfa is seeking an entry- to mid-level supervisor to assist in daily manufacturing operations at our Indonesian facilities. You will support processing, packaging, sanitation activities, and ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and safety standards.

You will guide operators in routine tasks, report issues to supervisors, and help maintain basic operational records and reporting. This role offers hands-on experience in a large agribusiness network.
