Job summary

Pt Bibit Tumbuh Bersama Bekasi seeks a Product Development Manager to lead innovation across their FMCG portfolio. You will own the entire lifecycle from ideation and concept development to market launch and post-launch analysis, coordinating with R&D, regulatory, manufacturing, marketing and sales to translate consumer insights into successful new offerings.

The role requires at least 5 years in product development, a track record of launching commercially successful products, and strong skills

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in product development (FMCG preferred).
Proven track record of successful product launches.
Strong consumer research and market analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the ideation, development, and commercialization of new FMCG products, aligning with market trends and consumer insights.
Manage product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies for new product concepts.
Collaborate with R&D, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
Analyze product performance, gather consumer feedback, and identify opportunities for product improvement and line extensions.
