Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group, on behalf of a growing consumer-focused organization, seeks an R&D Manager in Indonesia to lead end-to-end product development from concept to market launch.

The role focuses on driving formulation development, product quality, and innovation strategy in a dynamic environment, coordinating with QA/QC, Regulatory, Production, and Marketing teams to deliver commercially viable products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant R&D experience in product development, formulation, testing, and commercialisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R&D process from ideation to commercialisation.
• Develop, formulate and improve products by evaluating ingredients and formulation techniques.
• Conduct research on new ingredients, technologies, and market trends for new product development.
• Collaborate with QA/QC, Regulatory, Production, Procurement, Marketing, and suppliers to ensure successful launches.
• Oversee product trials, testing, documentation, and ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
