Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop assigned Key Account customers to achieve sales, distribution and business targets.
• Develop, analyze, implement, and evaluate sales strategies and account plans to maximize growth and performance.
• Monitor and maintain service levels per SLA, ensuring requirements are fulfilled and penalties minimized.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Prepare and analyze regular business performance reports including sell-in/sell-out metrics and market share.
• Conduct regular market and outlet visits to verify product availability and placement.
• Plan and evaluate promotional programs and trade activities across Key Accounts.
• Manage promotional agreements and monitor budget utilization.
