Job summary

PepsiCo in Indonesia seeks a seasoned Financial Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations, inventory costing, and monthly closes in line with US and local GAAP. The role also supports audits and cross-functional financial reporting to enable accurate decision-making across Agro/Quaker operations and procurement teams.

The candidate should have 3-5 years of accounting experience, solid costing knowledge, and strong SAP FI-CO/MM skills, with excellent English communications.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in Financial Accounting and US/IFRS GAAP standards.
• At least 2 years of product costing experience.
• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• FMCG industry experience is a must.
• SAP FI-CO/MM modules experience and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations and monthly close with accuracy.
• Handle journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and inventory costing reporting.
• Coordinate monthly closing and reporting process of inventory and cost of goods.
• Support internal/external audits and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Agro/Quaker ops, procurement, and manufacturing teams.
