Malibu Beachfront in Semarang is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations on-site at Marina Beach. You will lead front-line staff, ensure top-tier guest service, and coordinate with teams to resolve issues and maintain standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Experience in training and coaching to mentor team members.
• Sales skills with ability to contribute to revenue goals.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Hospitality or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English.
